What are the installation requirements?
Tellen QM is deployed through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace and runs entirely within your firm's Azure environment. A Microsoft Azure subscription is required.
To get started, contact Tellen to discuss licensing and implementation. Once your agreement is in place, you'll receive instructions to activate and deploy Tellen QM in your Azure tenant.
Does Tellen QM integrate with other software applications or systems?
Yes. Tellen QM can integrate with other software applications and systems via APIs.

How does Tellen QM protect customer data?
Tellen QM is deployed within the customer's own Azure environment, and Tellen does not have access to customer data.
All Tellen QM data is stored in your Azure SQL database and encrypted at rest by default. Azure Key Vault is used to securely store credentials and encryption keys. All API communications are protected via SSL/TLS. No passwords or sensitive credentials are exposed outside of Azure Key Vault.
Tellen is SOC 2 Type II certified, providing enterprise-grade security and compliance.
Can Tellen QM be used by smaller firms?
